The firm’s 14th partner, Jim joined Prosek in 2022 to build and lead a new office in Washington, D.C., leveraging his unique combination of public affairs and financial communications expertise. Jim advises clients on complex issues and strategic positioning programs across sectors, notably financial services, private markets, health care and energy.

Prior to joining Prosek, Jim was a partner at Hamilton Place Strategies (HPS) in Washington, D.C., where he focused on mission-critical public affairs assignments, including M&A advocacy, legal and regulatory matters, and other special situations. Prior to HPS, Jim was a senior leader at Kekst & Company in New York, where he focused on shareholder activism, crisis management, M&A and the private markets.
