Our Culture
We work hard. That’s a given. But that doesn’t mean we don’t like to have fun and get a little rowdy on occasion. Whether we’re ziplining, sharing a drink or volunteering, we have lots of ways to bond, have a good time and give back.

Chances are, you can find an activity you love at Prosek. Our “extracurricular” activities foster friendships and help create a unified culture that makes us more productive and collaborative, and revs up the performance of client teams.
Pro-Logue is Prosek’s combination of “Morning Joe” and Saturday Night Live’s “Coffee Talk.” The monthly sessions allow people to unplug for an hour and talk about the news of the day, from politics to pop culture to PR gaffes.
The Prosek Bibliophiles, the firm's official book club, consists of a group of Prosekians that, quite simply, love to read. The group meets quarterly over lunch to discuss the assigned book and to vote on the next quarter's selection.
At Prosek, our Intramural Sports initiative provides a change of pace from the typical workday and helps to build friendships outside of the office. Sports that even non-athletes can play (or watch) include kickball and dodgeball.
Prosek Public Speaking, based on the expert curriculum developed by Toastmasters International, is a learn-by-doing club designed to enhance our members’ verbal communications and leadership skills.
Give Back is the firm’s corporate giving and volunteer program lead by a group of socially-conscious individuals. From charity spin classes to races and interview prep, Prosekians have fun supporting our local communities.
The Culture Team at Prosek aims to create an innovative, exciting corporate environment through a variety of activities and initiatives ranging from themed potluck lunches to post-work festivities throughout the city.
